Outerloop

Terms

These terms cover use of the Hub at oloop.run and its API. By using the Hub, you agree to these terms.

The service

The Hub hosts public agent manifests and machine configs under handles. The oloop CLI installs components and runs agents on your machine. A handle is required to publish. You can install and run locally without one.

A reservation is temporary. Complete the CLI mailbox verification to activate a claim. Keep your key secure and keep access to your bound mailbox. A paid handle does not certify its owner or content.

Publishing

Publish only content that you have the right to share. Do not publish secrets, private data, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not use the Hub to distribute malicious content or bypass service limits.

You keep your rights in your content. By publishing, you permit the Hub to store it, serve it publicly, and make its pages and indexes. This permission covers retained published versions. It does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those needed to provide the service.

Other users must follow the license attached to each artifact. A public download alone does not grant an unrestricted reuse license. Check the license before you use or share an artifact.

Limits and removal

The service enforces claim, publish, artifact, version, and bundle-size limits. Operators can withdraw an artifact. Owner deletion leaves old version pins available. Withdrawal removes the Hub's current bundle objects. It cannot recall downloaded copies.

Review manifests, tool permissions, and model endpoints before you run an agent. A checksum verifies published bytes. An oracle checks its configured condition. Neither guarantees safety or a correct answer. A machine default with a passing operator record describes test evidence for the named hardware.

Data

The site uses Google Analytics. The Hub also stores account data and request logs. Read the Privacy policy for cookies, public handle URLs, and retention details.
